Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Once an order is placed, we can cancel the order but you will have to send us a message to let us know why. If the order has not been despatched then we will refund your money via the same payment gateway you paid with.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 24 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Are Prices Inclusive of GST & Delivery

Prices online are exclusive of GST. The Tax will be calculated at checkout.

Prices online are subject to freight charges and prices vary for delivery depending on the weight and size of goods as well as your shipping address. As a general rule, heavy equipment can be sensitive to freight via general carriers, so we take extra care and use specialised freight for things like fridges and glass cabinets.

Are Spare Parts Available for Equipment?

We can source spare parts for every commercial brand we sell and some we don't.

You will need to give us the model number and serial number of the appliance so we can get you the most accurate information.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all states in Australia (Through the website) however we ship internationally to New Zealand, PNG and Fiji - If you can't get shipping through the checkout then contact us and we can make arrangements.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 Business days - depending on location.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

For orders that may be cancelled prior to despatch the refund is processed the same day through the website payment gateway that you selected when purchasing.
