Two methods of steam production coexist in the Kore oven; one generated in the boiler and the other in instant mode. This combination makes the most of 2 individual systems, eliminating the limitations of each one if used individually.
Reversible door
Kore includes the option of inverting the direction the door is opened, directly on-site. This option optimises space even in the smallest of kitchens.
Customisable recipes
To make work easier in kitchens, hundreds of recipes, created by Giorik chefs, have been pre-loaded in the oven’s memory and are available for immediate use. However, all the recipes can be customised and saved according to the preferences of the Kore oven user. The USB port means that thousands of recipes can be quickly and easily imported and exported.
Connected to the Cloud
All our ovens can be fitted with a connectivity device that allows the appliance to be recognisable and visible in the Giorik Cloud. This allows the information required to analyse errors and appliance parameters to be acquired remotely. The Cloud also allows real-time updates of the software installed on our ovens.
