Hard-wearing and corrosion-resistant, Blue Steel is quick to heat and able to withstand very high temperatures. Blue steel is a favourite among professional chefs because of its strength, even heat distribution, and exceptional cooking capabilities.

Long-lasting and sturdy, our strong and durable products are built to last and resistant to damages. Able to withstand the rigours of commercial use.
- The Lyonnaise profile enables the food to slide easily onto a plate.
- Blue colour of iron due to a surface thermal treatment: temporary protection against oxidation; no coating.
- Lightweight range, easy to handle. Ideal for gas.
- Heats up quickly, excellent caramelization of juices.
- Gradual seasoning provides a natural non-stick properties.
- Welded iron handle, curved French-style: easy and ergonomic handling.
- Tip: preheat using a little fat. Seasoning is necessary before first use.
- Care: deglaze, rinse with warm water, dry and oil lightly. Store in a dry place.
- Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher.
- All cook tops EXCEPT induction. Vitroceramic cook tops are not recommended.
