2.Slicers

Not all food processing is the same. Working out what you need to process is probably the best first step to working out which machine is fit for purpose. We have specific machines for slicing, grating, dicing and julienne cutting of nearly all vegetables. These are Vegetable Preparation Machines. We have these in packs with discs or you can select from a huge selection of discs to suit your needs.

We carry machines specifically for chopping, emulsifying and blending ingredients. These are called Cutter Mixers. Available in a wide variety of sizes depending on your volumes of finished products required. Three blade choices are available for cutter mixers to get the desired result. If you want the best of both worlds and perhaps you have limited space you can select a combination cutter mixer and vegetable prep machine - We call these Food Processors. There is a wide range of sizes available in food processors and blade combinations to give you the opportunity to have powerhouse machine that can cut, mix and with a quick head change can become a machine that will slice dice and jullienne. We have a few selected hand tools in this category which are specialised pieces of equipment and the best tool for the job at hand.
